Incidents Tokyo Concert DVD and Best Of Released in February 2012

Incidents Tokyo will be releasing a concert DVD and a live best of album in February 2012.

Wasting no time, the concert DVD captures scenes from the band's Discovery tour, which is currently underway. The DVD, also named "Discovery," is sure to please both those who made it to a show and those who didn't get the chance. It will be available in both DVD and Blu-ray formats.

The second is a best of collection of live concert recordings taken from the band's shows to date. It will be titled 'Tokyo Collection."

Both the DVD and live best of album show the true mettle of Incidents Tokyo as a performing band.

Incidents Tokyo will be releasing a new five-song album, 'color bars,' on January 18, 2012.
The track list and songwriting credits for 'color bars' are now available. Each of the members contributes music and lyrics for one of the five songs.

Incidents Tokyo Earns MVA Nomination

Incidents Tokyo's "Brand New Civilization" video has earned a nomination from this year's Space Shower Music Video Awards (MVA).

The awards will be held on March 20.

At the MVAs, the Best Video winner will be chosen from among the nominees, but there is also a "Best Your Choice" award that is chosen by viewer vote.

Exclusive Digital Release of Sheena Ringo’s “Between Today and Tomorrow”

“Between Today and Tomorrow,” the theme song Sheena Ringo penned for a documentary of the same name about the ballet dancer Yasuyuki Shuto, has been made available exclusively as a digital download as of January 7.

It’s available as a regular download (from the iTunes Store, etc.) and a mobile download (Chaku-Uta®, Chaku-Uta Full®, RBT) from SR Nekoyanagi Pocket and major sites.

The film “Between Today and Tomorrow” opens on January 7 at the Tokyo Metropolitan Museum of Photography Hall and Ginza Theatre and then at theaters around the country. Experience the harmony of Shuto’s dance and Sheena’s music at a theater near you.
